I think the reason why people will only notice the external effects of aging is because we can see our wrinkles, sagging and weight gaining really obvious that makes us look older, but one thing never realize that inside our body can be one of them reason why we change our looks when we are aging. Fruits and vegetables are probably the best food you can eat for the normal diet for the day. They are full of vitamins and mineral, and it has powerful enzymes that can actually help your body on the digestion process. Since the food already help us on the digestion process, we can have more energy to use on other things.
Both of them are also full of the ingredient that fights against the free radicals, and the name for the ingredient is antioxidants. When we are aging, free radicals is the most bothering part of the whole role and thought to be the major reason to lead to disease. The most free radicals you can get rid of, the healthier and younger look you can get afterward. Remember to have a healthy and right diet everyday.
Essential Fatty Acids
You may think no fat is good for people, but don’t mess up essential fatty acids with other kinds of fat you know from outside. This kind of Omega-3 fatty acids can keep your cell membranes healthier, and your skin will look younger since the cell membranes are in good condition. You may think where is this essential fatty acids come from. It is from the cold-water fish such as salmon and tuna, and also flax seed oil and walnuts.
Fiber
Fiber is really important to us because it can help us to keep our digesting system works the way it suppose to be and also keep our cholesterol levels in track. You may think it doesn’t sound like it works so much since it is only helping you on your digesting system, but you will not look good and healthy when your digesting system is not working right. Remember you have to keep your body clean inside to have a young and healthy looking outside. You need to keep the bowel movements to work right because if not, you will be getting sick. You can find fiber in whole grains, pears, apples, prunes and black beans.
When you are buying something that said whole wheat on the bag, make sure you need to read the ingredient label that what kind of things it actually make from. Some of the things that said is made from whole wheat is not true, so you have to know what did they actually put in the food before you actually buying the whole wheat product.
The final thing I want to talk about is water. You may think water is not one of the anti aging foods, but actually your skin and body will not be healthy and strong when you don’t drink enough water. Remember to drink water so that your body will clean up the dirty things inside and your skin will look healthier and younger.
